Monday Motivation.



For those people using the New Year as a barometer to take back their health and jumpstart their weight loss goals I understand how it feels to have many naysayers our loved ones especially not aware or unable to understand how important it is for us to regain our bodies and lives back we must remember how powerful our words are. If you see new people in the gym offer encouragement. Support is so necessary on this journey we call life. I’ve been down this road several times and didn’t have a clue where to start.

How to Set Goals.


The first step is to write down your goals.

However,the goal must be written in a specific way. Be sure to set goals to have control over.

For example:

✨ I want to loose 10 pounds

✨ I want to workout

✨ I want to eat healthy

These seem to be truly achievable goals, but can you really make yourself loose 10 pounds within a certain amount of time? Not really. Can you really workout without a plan of action? Perhaps not.

You might be saying to yourself, what? Why not!?. When you set goals, make sure have some kind of CONTROL over the goal you set.

✨A goal for weight loss should look like this:

To work out five days a week,30minutes,including 3 days of walking/jogging and 2 days of cardio,so that I look good by my next birthday.✨

This goal you can control and measure.

Focus on strategies, action,and activities rather than on a specific outcome.

- When you reach your deadline,you will feel a REAL SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT.


It’s not an easy journey but worthwhile.
